Swami says, ‘You take one step towards ME and I will take 100 steps towards you’.  He is always with his beloved students and devotees to guard them and protect them.  It is for us to contemplate and to realize the presence of His Unseen Hands always guiding us in our lives.

I had completed my M.B.A in our institute in March 2000.  Some of us went to Brindavan for the opportunity to be around Swami for a little more time.  We used to enjoy his Darshans and Trayee Sessions there.  And this went on till around mid of May in 2000 by when the students slowly started returning for their next academic year. Then one day, the Brindavan teachers conveyed that that day would be the last Trayee session for the students who wrote their final year exams and from next day they have to be seated in the Alumni block and would not be able to attend Trayee Sessions.

There were quite a few of us that day in that category and were praying silently that we should be allowed for a few more days.  As usual, we all entered Trayee and cramped ourselves trying to get as physically close to Swami as possible. We were all sitting scattered around the 2 halls in Trayee.  Swami came gliding past the students and sat on the Jhoola. To our utmost gratitude, He started the session asking for boys who were graduating that year.  Individually to each one of us, He asked what degree we completed, which place we were from, what we planned to do next and also suggesting the course of action for a few.  Some of us told Swami that we want to be with Him for which he said ‘Manchidi Manchidi’.  He could have spoken on any of the days but He chose that particular day which all of us were told could be the last one.  His Timing is Always Perfect.  All of us were feeling on top of the world that day and we continued to attend the Trayee Sessions till the next academic year began in June. Later, in July, He chose some of us to get trained for working in the new Super Speciality hospital that was coming up in Whitefield, Bangalore. Unforgettable times indeed.

I can tell with conviction that I could feel His Unseen Hand guiding at every stage in my life – Whether it is professional or personal, good or seemingly bad.  Be it, getting a job, a promotion or a recognition; a car accident or health issues,  whenever I reflected back, I could feel His Unseen Hand guiding and guarding.

In August 2019, I was part of a group that was selected for Vedam chanting in Sathya Sai Ghat in Rishikesh as part of the function for installation of Swami’s Padukas.  I had to catch a flight to New Delhi that was scheduled for a 6 PM departure.  I went to the office in the morning and then started from home for the Airport around 4.15 PM by a Cab. My sister was also coming to Rishikesh to chant as part of the Mahila Vedam group.  Though we were in the same building, she started early with her group earlier around 3.30 PM. Normally, it takes a little less than 30 minutes to reach the Airport from my house which is around 12 KM away.  But midway to the airport, I was stuck as the traffic was stopped due to a mock drill by the traffic police. My sister and her group almost reached the airport by then.  I got down from the car to see if there was any movement and was just praying to Swami to show me a way.  Suddenly, I saw a Metro train going and immediately paid him, took my baggage and ran towards the Metro station and got down at the Airport around 5.15 PM.  I ran to the check in counter and then the security clearance and was the last one to get to the plane.  Needless to say, my sister who was waiting with bated breath, and others were relieved.

A similar incident happened while we were returning to Chennai as well and by Bhagawan’s grace the flight was waiting as if just for us till we all reached there. We were all going for Swami’s work and He ensured that all things fell in place at the right moments and that we have the unforgettable experience of his Ever-loving Unseen Hand guiding us.
