Like prior years, The students of MBA faculty from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, Prashanthi Nilayam were in Chennai for their annual industrial tour.

There were 31 students and 2 teachers. The students visited various companies arranged by Senior Alumnus and experienced the hospitality of Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organization, Tamil Nadu.

As part of the extended alumni interaction, a session was organized on Sunday evening after bhajans in Sundaram, at their place of stay in Adyar. The alumni from various professional fields attended the session to facilitate exposure and guidance to students on sectors and specific streams so that they can select the right path suiting their capability and interest.

There were focused subgroups formed on Finance, HR, Marketing & Sales, Analytics, Technology, FMCG, BPO/ services and manufacturing for a customized Q&A session in individual focus groups.

It was an engaging session for two hours along with working dinner arrangements.

Such interactions pave the way for having a point of contact to the students, for reaching out in future as they graduate in June 2023.
